Terms of Booking

Payment methods and conditions

  • Minimum 7 day bookings
  • Discounts for 14 days and longer
  • Payment in full is taken at the time of booking. This reduces admin time and is reflected in the rental we charge.
  • Payment by bank transfer to the owners account.
  • PayPal is used for credit / debit card payments
  • A €300 security deposit is taken at the time of booking and will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the apartment has been inspected.

What is included

  • Electricity and water
  • Linen and Towels
  • An arrival clean
  • A weekly clean / linen and towel change for stays of 14 days or more. If required additional cleaning services are available at your own cost
  • Use of any travel cots or high chairs is at your own risk and available at a small surcharge
  • A local contact

Check In / Check Out

  • Check In is 4:00PM on the day of arrival
  • Check Out is 12:00PM on the day of departure

Our House, Our Rules

  • These are our rules as we treat our apartment like our home rather than a holiday rental. We only own one and we use it ourselves - as do many of our friends and family We like our guests to respect the apartment as we do. We only rent the apartment to fund the refurbishment of our UK home so you are booking a well loved apartment not an abandoned mess
  • We have children. Many of our guests also do - There will be toys in a few of the cupboards. Feel free to play with them but please leave them for next time
  • If you are not happy with any of the booking conditions then please do not book this apartment. We have lots of repeat guests so we must be doing something right.
